Is there any way we can get debuffs to inductions to be multiplicative? I don't see why a .5s induction should turn into a 1.5s induction with a +40 or +50% induction debuff. This is more so geared towards the moors creep debuffs being so strong against healing mini or lore-masters, but also can be seen in a few various landscape/instance scenarios.
