simply put....are some classes or skills within classes too long on induction times ? would reducing inductions by a variety of means improve certain classes quite notably. Reducing times would obviously increase skill execution and DPS likewise. Some skills may suffer from crazy long dragging inductions that tend to make their use secondary or redundant. Certain trait lines may benefit from better inductions to make a red line DPS more competitive and viable for example. Perhaps certain capstone skills in redline could offer an induction reduction over and above what is currently on offer to make a Tactical class more viable as a DPS contributor in group content aside from their possible standard role ? discuss.....
