[Evernight] Slowtro - a level-capped kinship

Slowtro is a kinship where you can enjoy doing content on level. All you need is a Stone of the Tortoise (Experience Disabler 100LP) to be able stop you from levelling up.

Slowtro has currently two level caps (see the season history for current levels). You choose which one you want to follow. We do weekly events for both level caps.

Join us ingame by joining the user chat channel Slowtro (type /joinchannel Slowtro) to ask for more information or an invite to the Slowtro kinship. The user chat channel is also an alternative if you want to enjoy low level instances, but prefer not to join the kinship. To be able to enjoy and participate in our kinship events you are required to join our discord server.

A frequently asked question is: "When do you decide to raise your level cap?"

The answer is usually that we don't know. It depends on the content at the current level cap and the activity. If the activity reduces we start to discuss the next level cap. To get an idea you can read our season history so far:

Slowtro is walking into Mordor!

The highest level cap will 18 July be raised to lvl 115 while we still will keep the lvl 50 cap for some time. We are not planning on beginning any new level cap groups right now, but we will consider it in the future.

Hi !

I'd really like to join a kin like yours, but from the beginning, to easily find people at low level and enjoy old content, without waiting many days to create a group of 6 level 20 for example.

All kins i found throught forums (Way of the Tortoise on Anor, Those who wander on Laurelin, Slowtro on Evernight, ...) are already at level 50, 60 or more.

I read about a season 3 which is not planned, but do you think it will be here before the end of the year ? I can wait instead of playing alone

Slowtro's low level cap will change from lvl 50 to 60 the 28th of November 2020.

Any thoughts to break free from the old server caps and switch to cap+1 so your players can get into the next LI range and have them enhanced over time before moving on up? Even if for a short period before you head for the next cap.

We're staying at lvl130 for a long time, so that we don't have any thoughts about that yet. But it's an interesting thought..

Original post is updated with the upcoming level cap raises for our low lvl cap group. We currently have two lvl capped groups at lvl 85 and 130.

Our low lvl cap group follows set dates for the next lvl cap raises at 95 and 100. We expect to stay at lvl 100 for 90-120 days, but that depends on the lag and the activity.

The high lvl cap group (130) will stay at this lvl cap for as long as the members enjoys the content, which includes the raids. We have just started and we will stay at this lvl cap for a long time.

One question we get is "when is Slowtro going to make another lvl50 cap group?". When enough people starts a new character and/or the kinship get alot of new low lvl cap members the snowball starts rolling and we have a new group.

Slowtro’s members are embarking on a new adventure! The new level cap group at lvl 20 officially starts this saturday and will continue at different level caps until lvl 75.
