turbineclientlauncher.exe using bandwidth even when game closed.
So, after one of the last update I noticed that something went wrong as the game is unplayable due to huge latency spikes hitting 15k +.
I have no issues with any other games but after closing the game my internet connection remains slow, After some digging to find out what was causing this issue I found that even after closing the game turbineclientlauncher.exe remains open and using data there is also a crash report below the program with the following text if it helps.
I have tried all types of troubleshooting resets and deleting the file to allow a re-download but the same issue keeps happening is there a fix incoming or am I the only one having this issue ?.

Ah ok tried a search but only found something on D&D maybe need to try digging a bit deeper.
Edit I dug a bit deeper found some info on some files to rename I will wait till update is complete and try that.
edit 2 found this further down the forum seemed to work for me.
I tried to stop the launcher from sending all those data by renaming the folder <user-folder>\AppData\Local\The Lord of the Rings Online to <user-folder>\AppData\Local\The Lord of the Rings Online.old, and it seems to work, when the crash reporting is accepting new reports, they are not lost, just inaccessible atm.
