Cannot complete "Forgotten Caches" AND "Relics of the Last Alliance"in Wastes

I have found both all 8 ranger caches and 8 weapons, but only 7 were "active". Is it possible to reset a deed?

I just did these two deeds and the ancient relics one worked for me but i have one ranger cache missing even tho it seems i recovered them all . In one location the chest looks oddly different so not sure what the problem is. Did you find an answer?

Also just ran this; the last cache is in the NE hill (Dol Acharn). There is an aura that will kill you quickly unless you complete a quest line in Haerondir. Bit of a pain but I got them both done.
