What I wanted to suggest, is to use existing patterns for Floors and Landings, and have them available in round forms, like they currently appear in Falathlorn houses.

Please include CIRCULAR Floors and Landings for Elves/Falathlorn

All of them have inductions and/or fairly long cooldowns.
The self-bubble is useful, but has a 1 minute cooldown. Major Ballad is always available (1s cooldown), and I can spam as needed in between...

I'd just like to point out to all the people complaining that healing|inductions|whatever is too OP with full specced endgame raid gear, the answer is to nerf your gear, not everybody else.
